Threading - It is a lightweight process that the operating system can schedule and run concurrently with other threads. The operating system creates and manages threads, and they share the same memory and resources as the program that created them. This enables multiple threads to collaborate and work efficiently within a single program.

Cascading Termination - It occurs in some systems, including VMS, which do not allow a child to exist if its parent has terminated. In such systems, if a process terminates either normally or abnormally, then all its children have to be terminated.

Zombie Termination - It is a process that has completed execution but still has an entry in the process table. This occurs for the child processes, where the entry is still needed to allow the parent process to read its child's exit status.

Process Killing - Terminating a process forcefully is called process killing.
